Net expenditures definition

Net expenditures means total expenditures minus exempted taxes and assessments and payments or allocations made to establish or maintain reserves.
Net expenditures means the Partnership's total direct and indirect expenditures incurred in connection with the transaction to purchase the Redemption Property, including without limitation any down payments (until such time as such payments are either refunded or applied), brokers fees, transfer taxes, loan fees (to the extent not deducted from loan proceeds), legal fees of the counsel designated by Preferred Holders and the reasonable legal fees of the counsel designated by the Partnership to review the purchase transaction, less any amounts funded by Preferred Holders and any proceeds from any Acquisition Loans.
Net expenditures has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(F).

Net expenditures means the sum of the following (without duplication): (i) the aggregate amount of Exeter Pre-Merger Gross Expenditures for Property Additions, minus Exeter Pre-Merger Net Retirements ("Exeter Pre-Merger Net Expenditures"), (ii) the aggregate amount of Company Pre-Merger Gross Expenditures, minus Company Pre-Merger Net Retirements ("Company Pre-Merger Net Expenditures") and (iii) the aggregate amount of Company Post-Merger Gross Expenditures for Property Additions, minus Company Post-Merger Net Retirements ("Company Post-Merger Net Expenditures");
Net expenditures means all Credit Party cash expenditures (including, but not limited to, cash expenditures in connection with Acquisitions) less cash receipts, excluding interest income (but including, interest income received from Franchisees) and interest expense.

Overhead attributable to the Licensed Product will include a reasonable allocation of indirect labor (not previously included in direct labor), a reasonable allocation of administrative costs, and a reasonable allocation of facilities costs.
Net expenditures means the taxpayer's expenditures as determined by reducing his gross expenditures by an amount equal to the value of any special consideration received from the seller or installing contractor of energy-conserving measures or renewable energy source property. Such special consideration includes, but is not limited to, any gifts, rebates, refunds, reimbursements, payment of indebtedness, or payment for buyer's services.

Qualified expenditures do not include capital expenditures for nonhistoric additions to an historic resource except an addition that is required by state or federal regulations that relate to historic preservation, safety, or accessibility.

  • Permitted Capital Expenditures has the meaning given that term in Section 9.12(b).

  • Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to $0.15 per square foot for each property owned by a Borrower or the Parent (or a Subsidiary thereof).

  • Approved Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures incurred by Borrower and either (i) included in the Approved Annual Budget or (ii) approved by Lender, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • Ineligible Expenditures means the costs that are ineligible for payment under the terms and conditions of the Agreement, and that are described in Schedule “E” (Eligible Expenditures and Ineligible Expenditures).
