  • Further, in the event of a System Emergency, Cedar Brakes may request Seller to provide reactive power, leading or lagging, from the Facility and, if Cedar Brakes makes such a request, Seller shall use best efforts to provide same up to the operating limits of the Facility, whether or not same requires a reduction in the Net Electrical Power Output of the Facility.
