Net Due definition

Net Due shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c)(iv). [***]
Net Due means the difference between (a) the sum of clauses (i) and (iv) of this section and (b) the sum of clauses (ii) and (iii) of this section. In addition to the items set forth in clauses (i) through (v) above, the Reinsured shall provide the Reinsurer with (a) within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, a copy of the bordereaux received from the Agent pursuant to Clause 4.2 of Appendix B of the Agency Agreement and (b) within 45 days of each Fiscal Year (as defined in the Agency Agreement) of the Underwriting Period, a detailed computation of the Profit Commission payable pursuant to Section 5.1 of the Agency Agreement.

Examples of Net Due in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding Buyer’s obligations in Section 2.2(a), if the Net Due Date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the Net Due Date will be moved to the next business day (the “Reset Net Due Date”).

  • Net Monthly Excess Cash Flow For any Distribution Date the amount remaining for distribution pursuant to subsection 4.01(a)(iii) (before giving effect to distributions pursuant to such subsection).
