Net Development Area definition

Net Development Area means the area of the Development Land, excluding land which is or will be dedicated to public utility rights of way and parcels, and Municipal or Environmental Reserve Parcels.
Net Development Area means the total area of the legal parcel(s) that are subject to development or subdivision and shall not include roads, buffers, walkways, or municipal/environmental reserves.
