Net Deposit Value definition
Net Deposit Value means the value of all cash and securities deposited, transferred, or jour- naled into the Account, less the value of all cash and securities withdrawn, transferred or journaled out of the Account. ISLERO CAPITAL LTD will promptly notify Client in writing of any increase or decrease in the Intermediary Fee. An increase in the Intermediary Fee will be effective for the Account start- ing in the next month that begins at least 30 days after ISLERO CAPITAL LTD sends or posts such notice unless the Client notifies ISLERO CAPITAL LTD in writing that the Account is to be closed within such 30 days period, in which case such change in Broker Fee shall come into effect immediately. A reduction in the Broker Fee will be effective for the Account starting in the next month following its reduction. If Client closes the Account, withdraws the entire balance of the Account, or otherwise termi- nates this Agreement on any date other than the last business day of the month in each case in accordance with clause 10 herein, Client shall pay any outstanding aggregate daily fees for the period from the day immediately following the last day of the last calendar month for which Client has paid, through the effective date of such withdrawal or termination, as of such effective date.

Examples of Net Deposit Value in a sentence
For example, after the deposit described in the prior bullet point, the Referred Client would have a Welcome Share Balance of 2 shares and a Net Deposit Value of $10,000.
During the Award Period, cumulative Deposit Value minus Withdrawal Value is the "Net Deposit Value." Net Deposit Value / 100 is the "Net Value Awarded." Net Value Awarded cannot exceed $1,000.
The Asset Billing Range shall be the lesser of the Current Portfolio Value and the Net Deposit Value (as defined below) as of the date of calculation.
