Net Current Revenues definition

Net Current Revenues means for any Agreement Year, the Current Revenues during such Agreement 308 Year less the System Costs during such Agreement Year. 309 “Net Revenues”, means for any Agreement Year, the Revenues during such Agreement Year less System 310 Costs during such Agreement Year. 311 “Notice”; “Notify”, means notice given in accordance with Section 9.6 and Exhibit A. 312 “Operating Committee”; means a committee comprised of each Public Participant (including the County). 313 Each Public Participant (including the County) will be allocated one representative on the Operating 314 Committee. The Operating Committee which can be called to order as necessary. Each representative will have a weighted vote proportionate to the amount of Acceptable 317 Materials such Participant delivered during the Agreement Year as compared to the total amount of 318 Acceptable Materials delivered by all Public Participants during the prior Agreement Year. A two-thirds 319 vote is necessary to support a decision by the Operating Committee. 320 “Operating Reserve”, means the County Solid Waste Enterprise fund(s) or other fund established by the 321 County necessary to operate the Solid Waste System, which includes the TRRP. The amount of such 322 fund(s) shall be consistent with the County’s Enterprise Fund Reserve Policy adopted by the County Board 323 of Supervisors for all County Enterprise Funds. The Operational Reserve balance shall be established at 324 the end of Agreement Year 2017.
