Net Authorizations definition
Net Authorizations means, for any period, the result of (I) the Backlog as of the last day of such period, minus (II) the Backlog as of the day immediately preceding the beginning of such period, plus Revenue for such period; provided that, if such result is less than zero (0), “Net Authorization” shall mean zero (0).
