net ATID assessments definition
net ATID assessments means the gross assessments collected by the CITY less the CITY’s 17 ongoing administrative costs associated with administering, collecting, sending penalty notices 18 and auditing the Assessed Facilities (“Administrative Costs”), which Administrative Costs shall 19 not exceed one percent (1%) of the gross amount collected annually by the CITY for the ATID.
