Net Aggregate Rent definition

Net Aggregate Rent for purposes of this Section 30.12 shall mean the sum equal to the total Rent due and payable by Tenant for the Premises during the Initial Term of this Lease less any Rent abated by Landlord herein. Each party shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other and the other's constituent partners and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from and against all claims for any such commissions or fees made by anyone claiming by or through the indemnifying party, except for the broker named above in this Section 30.12.
