Net Activity definition

Net Activity means for any day on which funds are to be remitted to Company under Section 32 with respect to Transactions to be settled in the same currency, the net aggregate amount of (i) the aggregate amount of the unpaid Sales Records submitted to Provider credited to Net Activity on such date pursuant to Section 32 that are to be settled to Company in the same currency (inclusive of any local withholding tax or other tax requirements applicable to the fees set forth in the Fee Schedule), plus (ii) adjustments in favor of Company in the same currency, minus (iii) outstanding Credit Records, Chargebacks to Company for which Provider has not been reimbursed, adjustments in favor of Provider and reimbursements to Provider with respect to Sales Records in the same currency, minus (iv) fees owed to Provider and the processing fees set out in the Fee Schedule and any other obligations of Company to Provider arising under the Agreement, minus (v) if applicable, any net addition to Reserved Funds on such date (or plus any net subtraction from Reserved Funds on such date).

Examples of Net Activity in a sentence

  • The provisions of Section 6.2 with respect to payment of Carrier’s obligations to Member and Servicer will apply in the event the amount of Net Activity results in an amount due Member or Servicer.

  • FTR Net Activity shall mean the aggregate net value of the billing line items for auction revenue rights credits, FTR auction charges, FTR auction credits, and FTR congestion credits, and shall also include day-ahead and balancing/real-time congestion charges up to a maximum net value of the sum of the foregoing auction revenue rights credits, FTR auction charges, FTR auction credits and FTR congestion credits.

  • Export Transactions Net Activity shall mean the aggregate net total, resulting from Export Transactions, of (i) Spot Market Energy charges, (ii) Transmission Congestion Charges, and (iii) Transmission Loss Charges, calculated as set forth in Attachment K-Appendix.

  • Peak Market Activity shall be the greater of the initial Peak Market Activity, as explained below, or the greatest amount invoiced for the Participant’s transaction activity for all PJM markets and services, excluding FTR Net Activity, in any rolling one, two, or three week period, ending within a respective semi-annual period.

  • The initial Peak Market Activity for Participants, calculated at the beginning of each respective semi-annual period, shall be the average of all non-zero invoice totals, excluding FTR Net Activity, over the previous 52 weeks.

  • At any time that the amount of Net Activity results in an amount due Bank, Bank may, at its option: (a) deduct and retain the amount due Bank from amounts subsequently payable to Carrier under this Agreement by Bank on account of Sales Slips; (b) require an immediate federal wire transfer from Carrier in the amount due; or (c) apply or set off such amount of the Deposit, if any, as is necessary to satisfy Carrier's obligations hereunder.
