NEP’s System definition

NEP’s System means the electrical system of NEP and/or the electrical system of any Affiliate of NEP.

  • The Net Electric Output generated by each of the Facilities shall be delivered to NEP at points of interconnection between NEP’s System and Seller’s systems in the form of three-phase sixty-hertz alternating current at a voltage determined by mutual agreement of the parties.

  • NEP agrees to cause its interconnection and transmission facilities to be operated and maintained in accordance with Good Utility Practice so as to permit the delivery to NEP’s System of each of the Facilities’ Net Electric Output.
