Nephex definition
Nephex. A case management system licensed to the provider from Nephos Solutions Limited. “The Client” Means a Solicitor, individual or corporate body as shown on the front page of this agreement, labelled: "the client". “Claimant” Means a person who requires the procurement of a medical evidence report, who is usually represented by the client. “Expert” Means a Medical Expert who is appropriately experienced and qualified to deliver the service requested by the provider.
