Neopost means Neopost USA Inc., with its principal place of business at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Neopost and Customer are each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”. This Agreement states the terms that govern Customer’s use of the Neotouch service (“Neotouch”). Any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Neopost.
