  • If any part of the "Exhibit Space" covered by this agreement becomes vacant or is not used by an exhibitor, a NEMSA Board Member or the Vendor Coordinator may terminate this agreement by notice to the exhibitor, whereupon the exhibitor's rights and privileges shall terminate.

  • The exhibitor agrees to and shall abide by these exhibit terms, conditions, and general regulations, as well as any additional rules and regulations NEMSA shall publish as it deems necessary or appropriate.

  • The exhibitor shall also comply with all reasonable requests of NEMSA, owners of the exhibit hall, and governmental officials with respect to the installation, conduct, and disassembly of the exhibit.

  • All exhibits must be operational by 7:00 am on Friday of the NEMSA Super Conference.

  • NEMSA reserves the right to cancel any contract with any exhibitor at any time prior to or during the conference.
