NEMO definition

NEMO means Nemo Gathering Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
NEMO means the Recipient’s National Emergency Management Office established and operating pursuant to the National Emergency Act, 2006 of the laws of the Recipient, or any successor thereto acceptable to the Association.
