NEMC definition

NEMC or “National Environmental Management Council” means the Council established by the Borrower pursuant to the National Environment Management Act No. 19 of 1983, as amended, with responsibility for environmental management policies, coordination and related functions;
NEMC means National Environment Management Council.
NEMC means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

NEMC means the Recipient’s National Environmental Management Council, a body corporate established with perpetual succession and common seal, pursuant to Section 16 of the Recipient’s Environmental Management Act, 2004, of July 14th, 2004.
