Certificate of Analysis shall be performed by a NELAC certified laboratory.
Each certified laboratory analyzing contracted samples shall ensure that an acceptable demonstration of capability (DOC) is performed as described in the 2003 NELAC Quality Systems standards (NELAC 2003, Section 5.5.4.2.2 and Appendix C).
All samples will be transported under chain-of-custody to a National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) accredited laboratory.
