Neither DSNC definition
Neither DSNC nor to DSNC's knowledge any other party to a DSNC Contract (as defined below), is in material breach, violation or default under, and DSNC has not since January 1, 1997 received notice that it has materially breached, violated or defaulted under, and there exists no event, condition or occurrence which, after notice or lapse of time, or both, would constitute such a material default by DSNC under, any of the DSNC Contracts.
