Negotiation Date definition

Negotiation Date has the meaning specified in the Financing Agreement.
Negotiation Date means the date on which the Issuing Bank finds satisfactory all documents presented in connection with a drawing to be made under any of the Letters of Credit and receives a Drawing Approval from the Administrative Agent.
Negotiation Date means the date on which a Derivative Transaction will be orally agreed upon in accordance with Clause 5.1(a) of this Agreement.
