Within ten (10) days after the Outside Negotiation Date, the parties shall appoint an appraiser who shall be mutually agreeable to both Landlord and Tenant, shall have at least ten (10) years’ experience as a broker of commercial leasehold estates, and shall be knowledgeable in office rentals in the Baltimore, Maryland market.
