Negotiating power definition

Negotiating power means the power of negotiation that may affect the pur- chasing or spending power of any subject. Generally Health Care or University administration managers or superintendents may have negotiating powers.
Negotiating power means the power to stipulate, in other words, the power affecting a subject’s spending or purchasing capacity. Typically, the administrative manager, the director of the healthcare facilities, and the administrative director or general manager of the universities all have negotiating powers. "Authoritative power" is typically the power of the Public Administration. The authoritative power of the Public Administration is expressed in the adoption of administrative provisions aimed at unilaterally affecting the subjective legal situations of the recipients.
