Negative Make-Whole Amount definition

Negative Make-Whole Amount means an amount equal to the absolute value of the Make-Whole Amount to the extent such Make-Whole Amount is a negative number.

  • Promptly upon payment of the foregoing amounts to the Lender, the Lender shall pay to the Borrower in immediately available funds the Negative Make-Whole Amount, if any, with respect to the Notes.
