Negative List definition

Negative List means the following activities and Events, which are not allowed to be undertaken in the Project:
Negative List means a list of activities not allowed to be undertaken by special economic zone enterprises under the laws of Kenya and those of the East African Community;
Negative List means the Special Administrative Measures for Access of Foreign Investment (2020 Edition) issued by the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC and the National Development and Reform Commission the PRC on June 23, 2020 and came into effect on July 23, 2020.
