Negative Drainage definition
Negative Drainage means the continuous downward slope from the property line to the elevation of finished ground surface at any point immediately adjacent to the building on all sides of the Parcel;
Negative Drainage means, on a Parcel with a single detached, semi- detached or duplex dwelling, the continuous downward slope from the property line to the elevation of finished ground surface at any point immediately adjacent to the building on all sides of the Parcel;
Negative Drainage means on a Parcel with a building, that a continuous downward slope exists on any side of the Parcel from the property line to the elevation of finished ground surface at any point immediately adjacent to the building(s) on the Parcel.
