Negative Developments definition

Negative Developments shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 3(c).

Examples of Negative Developments in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 4(a), to the extent that Negative Developments can be reasonably anticipated to adversely affect the market for the Product, then at any time thereafter Distributor may request that the Parties negotiate in good faith an appropriate reduction of the minimum purchase price or other appropriate means to offset the impact of the Negative Developments.
