Negative Cash Adjustment definition

Negative Cash Adjustment means the amount, if any, by which the Cash Target exceeds the Estimated Closing Cash Balance.
Negative Cash Adjustment means (a) zero, if the number of ITXC employees who are offered employment by eStara and who accept such employment prior to October 15, 2001 is equal to eight (8), or (b) $37,500 times the Negative Cash Adjustment Number, if the number of ITXC employees who are offered employment by eStara and who accept such employment prior to October 15, 2001 is less than eight (8).
