Negative Actions definition

Negative Actions means intentionally inflicting or attempts to inflict injury or discomfort upon another. Negative actions include but are not limited to threatening, taunting, teasing and calling names and hitting, pushing, kicking, pinching, restraining, making faces, dirty gestures, intentionally excluding someone from a group.

Examples of Negative Actions in a sentence

  • When an employee, intern, or volunteer of the Contractor receives a background check result of “DISQUALIFY” as a result of crimes, convictions, or actions that are on the DSHS Disqualifying List of Crimes and Negative Actions, the Contractor shall ensure that the employee, intern, or volunteer does not have Unsupervised Access to Students.

  • If Contractor determines an interpreter fails the background check or if there is an indication from the background check results that the interpreter may pose a risk to Purchasers (including Purchaser’s clients) (refer to the DSHS Secretary’s lists of Crimes and Negative Actions), Contractor is to immediately prohibit any interpreter from providing services under this Contract.

  • If Contractor determines an Interpreter fails the background check or if there is an indication from the background check results that the Interpreter may pose a risk to Clients (refer to the DSHS Secretary’s lists of Crimes and Negative Actions), Contractor is to immediately prohibit any Interpreter from providing services under this Contract.

  • When an employee, intern, or volunteer of the Contractor receives a background check result of “DISQUALIFY” as a result of crimes, convictions, or actions that are on the DSHS Disqualifying List of Crimes and Negative Actions, the Contractor shall ensure that the employee, intern, or volunteer does not have Unsupervised Access to Customers.

  • Clearance requires 1) the individual to undergo a criminal background check conducted by the DSHS Background Check Central Unit, and 2) that the results of such background check do not include records of any crimes or negative actions listed on the DSHS Secretary’s Disqualifying List(s) of Crimes and Negative Actions.

  • DSHS will provide the Contractor with the DSHS Secretary’s List of Crimes & Negative Actions.

  • The Contractor can review what crimes are “disqualifying” as listed in the following link to the DSHS Secretary's List of Crimes & Negative Actions.

  • Nothing herein shall authorize MicroCor to settle such Negative Actions without the prior written consent of Chi L▇▇, ▇▇ by any such settlement Chi L▇▇ ▇▇ ▇bligated to make any monetary payment, to assume any other obligation, to part with any property or any interest therein, to be subject to any injunction, or to grant any license or any right included within the Chi L▇▇ License.

  • The DSHS Secretary’s List of Crimes and Negative Actions has been reviewed before allowing a driver to provide medically necessary transportation services to a DSHS client.

  • If Contractor determines an Interpreter fails the background check or if there is an indication from the background check results that the Interpreter may pose a risk to Clients (refer to the DSHS Secretary’s lists of Crimes and Negative Actions), Contractor is to immediately prohibit any Interpreter from providing services under this Master Contract.
