Needs Meeting definition

Needs Meeting means a process in which the Individual Support Plan team defines the supports an individual needs to live in his or her own home, and makes a determination as to the feasibility of creating such services. The information generated in this meeting or discussion is used by the supported living provider to develop the individual's Transition Plan.
