NEDCO means Northern Electricity Distribution Company, the company responsible for power distribution in the northern part of the West Bank, registered in the company register No. 562601203 on January 14, 2008. “Norway/ Sweden Co-financing Agreement” means the agreement to be entered into between the Recipient and the Governments of Norway and Sweden providing for an amount of US$ 21.5 million equivalent to be provided by the Governments of Norway and Sweden to assist in financing the Original Project.
