Nectar definition

Nectar or "Nectar Program" means the loyalty marketing program operated by Groupe Aeroplan Europe in the United Kingdom;
Nectar or “Nectar Program” means the loyalty marketing program operated by Aimia in the United Kingdom;
Nectar means the unfermented pulpy or non-pulpy fruit drink, obtained by mixing fruit juice, water and permitted sweeteners to yield a product containing a percentage of fruit juice at standard strength, as prescribed in Part II of these regulations for the fruit species concerned and preserved in a permitted manner;

  • The Company and Nectar shall have delivered to the Purchasers a certificate of an executive officer of the Company, dated as of the Closing Date, confirming the accuracy of the Company’s representations, warranties and covenants as of the Closing Date and confirming the compliance by the Company with the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 4.2 as of the Closing Date.

  • Each of the representations and warranties of the Company and Nectar in this Agreement shall be true and correct in all respects as of the date when made and as of the Closing Date, except for representations and warranties that are expressly made as of a particular date, which shall be true and correct in all respects as of such date.

  • The board of directors of the Company and Nectar shall have adopted resolutions consistent with Section 2.1(b) hereof in a form reasonably acceptable to such Purchaser (the “Resolutions”).

  • The written notification will contain information such as (a) a description of the Security Incident; (b) the type of Personal Data involved; (c) the identity of each impacted data subject (and approximate estimation of the number of data subjects); (d) a description of the potential consequences; and (e) information concerning the measures taken by Nectar HR to address the Security Incident.

  • Client represents and warrants that the instructions it provides to Nectar HR pursuant to this DPA comply with applicable Data Protection Laws.

  • Nectar HR agrees to promptly notify Client, or the appropriate employee or personnel, if Nectar HR determines that it cannot comply with its obligations under this DPA.
