NDW definition

NDW means the National Data Warehouse (formerly known as the National Patient Information Reporting System). The “NDW” stores Data provided by the IHS and by the tribes, tribal organizations and urban Indian organizations.
NDW means the total quantity of Die on a Wafer that pass the Probe Program applicable to that Wafer.
