NDS System definition

NDS System means all NDS Switches, DAP Complexes and all other equipment, microwave equipment, hardware, software, antennae, transmitting or receiving equipment, cell site equipment, and ancillary and related equipment and facilities that the NDS have purchased or leased or otherwise have rights to use in order to construct and operate an ESMR Network to deliver Traffic between and among cell sites and any points of interconnection to the PSTN and to deliver Traffic to and from cell sites in the NDS Territory to the NDS Switches and NDS-owned DAP Complexes.
