Seller and ▇▇▇▇▇ will use reasonable efforts to resolve to the mutual satisfaction of ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and NDIP Account holders, conversion issues relating to the transfer of NDIP Accounts to Buyer and investment types in those accounts.
