NDDEQ definition

NDDEQ means the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality and any of its successor departments or agencies. NDDEQ is the successor agency of the North Dakota Department of Health’s Environmental Health Section (“NDDH-EHS”). NDDH-EHS’s interest in the causes of action that are the subject of the Complaint was assigned to NDDEQ under 2017 N.D. Sess. Laws ch. 199, § 1.
NDDEQ means the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality.

  • In consideration of the benefits to public health and the environment, the Owner gives permission to NDDEQ, its agents, and contractors to access and enter the Property to assess the Property for contamination that may be present and, if necessary, remove and remediate contamination.

  • The Owner shall not interfere with the performance of permissible activities by NDDEQ, its agents, or contractors.
