The Determination Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable under the circumstances, notify the Noteholders (copied to the Trustee and the Principal Paying Agent (in the case of Bearer Notes and Registered Notes), the CREST Registrar (in the case of Uncertified Registered Notes) or the relevant NCSD Issuing and Paying Agent or NCSD (as applicable) (in the case of Nordic Notes)) of any such adjustment.
