Employees may be added to the lists during the year without mutual consent of the NCSSO and NCSD.
A Written Reprimand will be used for more serious violations of this Agreement, NCSD policy and regulations, NRS and Federal Statutes, or acts of misconduct, and/or continuous performance deficiencies.
The maximum cumulative number of days which any one person can be granted from the Sick Leave Bank during their period of employment with the NCSD is forty-five (45) days.
Under this Negotiated Agreement all Employees of this bargaining unit who have been employed by NCSD no less than one (1) year will be allowed to join and participate in the Sick Leave Bank.

If the employing district and NCSD agree to a release/return date that is less than 65 days, the agreed to date will be honored.
Sanctions for Violations Any activity that violates the NCSD Responsible Use Agreement should be reported to a school administrator.
Employees, who elect to take part in the sell back of unused sick leave for the prior school year, must notify NCSD no later than June 30th of the current school year and must select a payout for July 31st or Jan 15th of the next calendar year.
At each work site (North/South ▇▇▇ County), the ▇▇▇ County School District shall provide transportation for Technology technicians, when necessary, following the NCSD policy regarding use of District vehicles and/or personal vehicles.
