NCS Contracts definition
NCS Contracts means all agreements, contracts, licenses, indentures, notes, including any instrument relating to the borrowing of money, guarantee or commitment to which NCS is a party or by which it or any of NCS Assets are bound, whether in writing or oral, but excluding Employee Benefit Plans;
