NCR Software definition

NCR Software means the specific version or release of NCR's computer software programs licensed to Customer, as listed on Exhibit A, together with all Upgrades provided by NCR under this Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly provided by NCR, NCR Software includes only executable code and no source code.
NCR Software means all computer programs and related documentation that NCR furnishes to you -- whether those programs are referred to as "software", "firmware", "object code", "microcode", or otherwise; wherever resident and on whatever media; and whether separately licensed, furnished as part of Equipment, provided as a result of software services, or otherwise furnished. NCR Software may include computer programs and related documentation that third parties own and that NCR furnishes under license from the owner. Source code to Programs listed in Exhibit A shall not be a part of this Addendum.

Examples of NCR Software in a sentence

  • Upon termination of the Service for any reason, you will immediately return to NCR of all NCR property affected by such termination (including, but not limited to, the subscribed Hardware, the NCR Software, Documentation, and all proprietary information of NCR, together with all copies thereof).

  • Upon receipt of such notification from Customer, NCR, NCR’s authorized reseller or otherwise NCR authorized party will use reasonable efforts to respond to Customer and diagnose the NCR Software problem.

  • Any such attempts may, among other things, cause failure of, or disruption to, the System or the Hosted NCR Software.

  • Customer acknowledges that Customer must remain current on all payments due hereunder to receive new versions and updates to the NCR Software, that Customer must use and configure the NCR Software in a manner and in an environment that complies with the PCI Data Security Standard (“PCI-DSS”), and that Customer is responsible for Customer’s own PCI-DSS compliance.

  • Customer shall ensure that only authorized users have access to any user identifications or passwords for use in connection with the System and the Hosted NCR Software and that such authorized users shall not disclose such identifications or passwords to any other individual.

  • Except as otherwise specifically permitted herein, the restrictions on the use of the NCR Software as set forth in the Agreement shall apply with equal force and effect to Customer’s use of the NCR Utilities hereunder.

Related to NCR Software

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
