NCAA means the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and its successor. ACPE means the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.
Homebound or "hospitalized" means a pupil who is capable of
TEC means the Technical Evaluation Committee, constituted for the purpose of evaluating the Proposals received.
SSC means the Secondary School Certificate (Standard X) examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent certificate awarded by recognized Boards;

S&P means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies, Inc. and any successor thereto.

PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
Women Business Enterprise (WBE) as used in this policy means a business enterprise that meets all of the following criteria:
Homecare Worker means a provider, as described in OAR 411-031- 0040, that is directly employed by a consumer to provide either hourly or live-in services to the eligible consumer.
Veteran-owned business means a business that is at least 51% owned by a veteran or veterans who are U.S. citizens and who control and operate the business
PSEA means the employers' association that is established for post-secondary institutions under the Public Sector Employers' Act and that is the employer bargaining agent for all institutions.
Women-owned business means a business that is at least 51 percent owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, or in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity, at least 51 percent of the equity ownership interest is owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more women.
CPET means the UK Government’s Central Point of Expertise on Timber.
Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.
STAR means Star Cruises Limited of Canon’s Court, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx XX 00, Bermuda;
Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise means a business enterprise, including a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation that is:
Woman owned business means a woman owned business that is a continuing, independent, for profit business which performs a commercially useful function, and is at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned and controlled by one or more women; or, in the case of any publicly owned business, at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the stock of which is owned and controlled by one (1) or more women and whose management and daily business operations are under the control of one (1) or more women.
Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
De-energise means the operation of any isolator, circuit breaker, or switch or the removal of any fuse or link so that no electricity can flow through a Point of Connection on the Network;
Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.
