NCPP Benefit definition
NCPP Benefit means for any Member who, as of his Termination Date, is entitled to a vested accrued benefit under the NCPP, the Member's vested accrued benefit under the NCPP, determined in accordance with the limitations under sections 401(a)(17) and 415 of the Code (or any substitute or similar provision limiting benefits permitted under the NCPP).
