NCOP definition

NCOP is the notional call option premium on the day that the notional call option is priced. The notional cal option premium will be calculated as follows: NCOP = CL * (AATY – AHDY) * T – MPD “CL” is the Closing Level (as defined below) of that S&P 500 Index on the day the notional call option is priced, which is expected to the third Friday of each month.
