  • If any supplemental agreements, documents and permissions are introduced after Contract award, and it is determined that the Contractor failed to disclose the requirement for the execution of such agreement from the Purchaser prior to Contract signature, the Purchaser may terminate this Contract for Default, in accordance with the Clause 39 (Termination For Default) of the NCIO Contract General Contract Provisions.
