Examples of NCFL in a sentence

  • Each Trainee who is referred by CareerSource NCFL and is then hired by the Employer as an employee will receive OJT for a position with the Employer in the healthcare, bio-­‐ manufacturing and/or other technical industries approved by the USDOL and CareerSource NCFL.

  • CareerSource NCFL and the Employer each are sometimes referred to in this Contract as a “Party” and together are sometimes referred to in this Contract as the “Parties”.

  • No provision of this Contract, nor any acts by the Employer or CareerSource NCFL in the performance of this Contract, shall be construed as making the Employer the agent, partner, officer, joint venturer, member, servant or employee of CareerSource NCFL.

  • The training descriptions and plans may be updated or added as needed throughout the term of this Contract by written notification to CareerSource NCFL and written approval by CareerSource NCFL, without the need for an amendment to this Contract.

  • This Contract establishes the terms and conditions under which CareerSource NCFL may refer one or more HBOTT eligible individuals (each a “Trainee”) to the Employer.

  • CareerSource NCFL shall reimburse the Employer on a monthly basis for a maximum of six (6) months of OJT, in an amount not to exceed the Reimbursement Rate and Maximum Reimbursement for the gross salary/wages paid by the Employer to each Trainee hired for the position(s) described and planned as required in Exhibit 1.

  • The Employer shall submit each Trainee’s training description and plan to CareerSource NCFL for approval prior to the beginning date of this Contract.

  • For the current season these leagues include:  Bendigo Football Netball League (BFNL)  Bendigo Junior Football League (BJFL)  Loddon Valley Football League (LVFL)  Goulburn Valley Football League (GVFL)  Goulburn Campaspe Junior Football League (GCJFL)  North Central Football League (NCFL)  Shepparton and Districts Junior Football League (S&DJFL)  Seymour District Junior Football League (SDJFL) These area agreements can be found in appendices 1 through 8.

  • That is, an under 16 NCFL player may not play on permit when their club has a scheduled bye unless they have previously played with the BJFL club in the current season.
