NCDP definition

NCDP or the "Surviving Corporation"), a Delaware corporation, and College Directory Publishing, Inc. ("CDP"), a Delaware corporation (collectively the "Constituent Corporations"), have adopted a Plan of Merger and hereby adopt this Certificate of Merger pursuant to Section 251 of the Delaware General Corporation Law as of this 1st day of July, 1997. The name of the Surviving Corporation is NCDP, a Delaware corporation.
NCDP means the Borrower’s National Coconut Development Program;

  • The Certificate of Incorporation of NCDP shall continue to be the certificate of incorporation of the Surviving Corporation as it is presently filed except as to a change of name providing that upon effectiveness of this Certificate of Merger the name of the Surviving Corporation shall be College Directory Publishing, Inc.
