NCCT definition

NCCT means Non-cooperating Countries and Territories.
NCCT means non-cooperative countries and territories identified by the FATF to have critical deficiencies in their anti-money laundering systems or a demonstrated unwillingness to co-operate in anti-money laundering efforts. The current list of NCCTs is available on the FATF website at www.fatf-gafi.org.
