  • The Clearing Member or any of its authorized representatives and NCCL and its officials or its authorized representatives shall have the right to inspect the books of accounts, records and documents, including computerized data of the Constituent for which the Clearing Member shall have free access to the premises occupied by the Constituent or by any other person on behalf of the Constituent.
