NCA Form definition
NCA Form means the new customer application form; “Order” means any order submitted by the Customer for a Sale submitted by the Customer to AJW; “Parts” means any aircraft component parts or other goods specified in an Order; “Sale” means the sale of a Part by AJW to the Customer and “Sold” will be understood accordingly; “Seller” means third-party supplier’s or stockists who use the Website to sell their own goods; “Website” means the Shopify Inc. web address (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/) and Shopify account run and operated by AJW which is used to place the Order and every subsequent or connected Shopify web address which relates to the Sale.
