NC OEMS definition

NC OEMS means the North Carolina Office of Emergency Medical Services. NC OEMS is a section of the Division of Health Service Regulation of the NC Department of Health and Human Services, located at 701 Barbour Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603. NC OEMS has enforcement oversight in the rules and regulations governing EMS operations in the state of NC as created and adopted by the NC Medical Care Commission.
