NBR Class definition

NBR Class means all persons or entities who purchased nitrile rubber ("NBR") directly from one or more defendants named in the NBR Action or any predecessor, successor, subsidiary or affiliate of any defendant named in the NBR action, in the United States from January 1, 1995 through June 30, 2003. Excluded from the class are the defendants named in the NBR Action, their co-conspirators, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and governmental entities.

Related to NBR Class
