NBL1 definition

NBL1 means the second tier National Basketball League of Australia.
NBL1 means the state’s highest level elite senior league

  • It means, for example, that a NBL1 North Tribunal is usually entitled to assume that a person appearing at a telephone or formal hearing is who they say they are.

  • Any relevant Media personnel who have been granted media accreditation by Basketball Queensland and cover the NBL1 North on a weekly basis.

  • Any non-foreign restricted player will not receive a player points discount on their points rating unless they were a player that played Under 16 and/or Under 18 Representative Basketball at a Queensland State Championship with the NBL1 North Club they are registering with.
