  • Each of the Clients acting alone shall be authorized and empowered to deal in general with NBIN, with the same authority as if he were the sole party with interests in the Account, without NBIN having to notify the other Client.

  • NBIN may execute Transactions acting as principal on the other side of a transaction or as part of larger transactions for the Client and others.

  • NBIN does not have to notify the Client about such developments, unless required by law.

  • If the Client owes more than the value of the financial assets in the Account, the Client is still responsible for paying the full amount owed to NBIN.
