  • That the Parties hereto acknowledge, accept and unequivocally agree that the NBEMS shall have the exclusive option to exercise its right to blacklist the concerned Applicant Hospital(s) and/or the concerned faculty in the following circumstances (which are illustrative and not exhaustive): Furnishing of false/incorrect particulars in the affidavit or undertaking in regards to the place of employment/consultancy, full-time status of the Faculty and other relevant details.

  • That the Parties shall ensure the full-time employment/ consultancy of the concerned Faculty in the Applicant Hospital exclusively and in accordance with the requirements laid down by NBEMS.

  • Failure to do so shall render the Applicant Hospital liable to appropriate action by the NBEMS which could include but not limited to withdrawal of accreditation.

  • Withdrawal of accreditation by the NBEMS in all other accredited specialities of the Applicant Hospital if it is found that the Applicant Hospital is party to submitting false or an incorrect affidavit The Applicant Hospital shall however not be liable in the case of fault on the part of the Concerned Faculty alone.

  • Relocation of the candidates in the concerned specialty, one or more or all the specialties in which the hospital has been accredited by the NBEMS.

  • The Applicant Hospital shall be liable to action taken by the NBEMS which shall include withdrawal of accreditation by NBEMS in the event of failure to satisfy the minimum criteria of accreditation in the Annual Review.

  • That the Parties shall submit such additional forms/documents as may be prescribed by the NBEMS from time to time.

  • That in accordance with the requirement of the NBEMS, the Parties have duly furnished to the NBEMS the requisite Affidavits and Undertakings according to the prescribed format laid down by the NBEMS in order to confirm the full-time status of the concerned Faculty at the Applicant Hospital.

  • That the Parties shall ensure that the Concerned Faculty employed/ consulting at the Applicant Hospital undertakes to notify the NBEMS of his/her resignation/removal/termination from the Applicant Hospital within 15 days from the date of such resignation/removal/termination.

  • That the Parties shall ensure that the Form 16/16A of the Concerned Faculty issued by the Office of the Applicant Hospital must be submitted to the NBEMS as and when required by NBEMS.
